01Acceptance & about EasyShop

By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. EasyShop Courier and Shipping Company, Ltd. is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and provides logistics services in the USA and other countries across Latin America and the Caribbean.

02Definitions

Shipment

— an individual package identified by a tracking number, even if it contains multiple items or documents.

Customer ("you")

— the registered user of EasyShop's services.

Miami Address

— the U.S. processing address EasyShop provides for receiving your purchases.

Pre-alert

— notice you give us that a package is on its way, before it arrives in Miami.

CIF value

— the cost, insurance, and freight value of a shipment used for customs.

Experience Center / Smart Locker

— EasyShop pickup locations.

Heavy Weight

— shipments of 40KG or more handled under the Heavy Weight service.

03Registration & identity verification

To protect our users, identity verification is mandatory when you create an account. This lets us confirm the authenticity of the information provided and ensures the service is used only by authorized individuals. By accepting these terms, you consent to the identity checks we may require, which can include additional documents to verify your personal information and/or a photograph of your ID or identification document.

04Account responsibilities & acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate, current information; keep your account credentials secure; and remain responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

05Communications & marketing

When you use our services, website, chat, emails, electronic-platform messages, WhatsApp, or SMS, you are communicating with us electronically. By accepting these terms, you give informed, explicit consent to receive from EasyShop electronic communications and/or telemarketing; updates on agreements, news, and notices; and notifications sent through platforms, including social networks (WhatsApp or similar) and SMS.

We may communicate with you by email, app notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, calls, and our website. We may periodically send newsletters or promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email, in My Account, or by contacting us. Regardless of your marketing preferences, we may still send communications about your package status and service, including updates to these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Opting out of mobile messages

Reply STOP to an SMS you received, or go to My Account and disable notifications.

06Cookies

You can set your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting one. If you don't accept cookies, some parts or functions of the service may not work. 07Miami Processing Service ("The Miami Address")

The authorized logistics operators for the Miami Address service are companies with a valid Service Agreement; a list of participants may be made available on request where required by local law.

• Each tracking number represents an individual Shipment, even if it includes multiple items or documents. Each piece of a multi-piece shipment is treated as a separate Shipment and charged per EasyShop's rates.
• EasyShop may refuse shipments found to have been opened, tampered with, or damaged before arrival.
• EasyShop provides a service for each shipment and does not provide consolidation services.
• EasyShop does not transport cash, drugs, or other items prohibited or restricted by U.S. or destination-country law, and will report violations to the appropriate authorities.
• To avoid delays, EasyShop may assign a market value to any un-pre-alerted item that arrives without an invoice. If your declared value is lower than the item's market value and customs adjusts it, EasyShop will pass on the adjustment and any penalties for misdeclaration.
• Shipments may be held at the Miami Address for up to fifteen (15) days — for reasons including unpaid invoices, additional preparation, or errors in recipient name, address, or account number. EasyShop may, at its discretion, destroy or dispose of any shipment unclaimed or held longer than fifteen (15) days.
• EasyShop transports shipments from the Miami Address to your destination, including customs service and delivery, charged per the published rate table.

08Compliance & customs

EasyShop complies with applicable U.S. and destination-country laws. To enable this, you agree to provide legal and accurate name, address, phone, email, and payment information, and you also agree to:

• Complete USPS Form 1583;
• Provide two (2) forms of identification, including one (1) valid government-issued photo ID;
• Authorize EasyShop to review and inspect all shipments, packages, and cargo;
• Allow U.S. Customs and Border Protection to inspect and confiscate prohibited items.

When preparing materials for air shipment, EasyShop complies with U.S. security regulations, including for hazardous materials, which may incur additional costs. Do not ship restricted or prohibited items — see the Restricted Products page; the list reflects both U.S. export rules and destination-country import rules. Obtain and pay for any permits required to import specific items. You must use the purchase invoice to declare the value and description of each product so we can submit the customs declaration. Per TSA regulations, if a package's physical documentation differs from what you provided, EasyShop will use the physical documentation. You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, losses, charges, or fines imposed by customs due to an erroneous declaration of value, or any penalties for falsifying information or sending prohibited items.

09Correspondence

Correspondence with USPS regulations: not all mail is tax-exempt — duties may apply to items like magazines, promotional materials, and books, and you are responsible for the total shipping cost and any taxes. EasyShop treats unsolicited prepaid promotional mail (e.g. free catalogs) as spam and will credit your account by weight; you must return the spam mail to receive the credit.

10Prices & payment

EasyShop completes customs clearance and delivery under your standing authorization for shipments with a CIF value under USD $3,000. For shipments of $3,000 or more, EasyShop will request your authorization and advance payment before releasing the item from customs. EasyShop handles permits and tax exemptions per each country's laws. EasyShop is not responsible for additional charges from your bank or payment platform — including credit-card interest where delivery exceeds your billing cycle, or fees for processing international transactions.

11Heavy Weight service

EasyShop offers a Heavy Weight service in certain countries under the Miami Address service. The minimum shipment weight is 40KG; anything below is treated as a regular shipment. Heavy Weight packages are held until the shipment is scheduled and released, and are delivered only to the customer's home address — not available for pickup at Experience Centers or Smart Lockers. The rate table includes the Heavy Weight fee, and rates may change without prior notice.

12Oversized cargo

Airlines consider a package oversized when any width or length dimension reaches or exceeds 125 inches. Where the height reaches this limit, classification depends on whether the cargo can be transported horizontally. If cargo cannot be laid flat, acceptance and handling depend on the aircraft's specifications and cargo-compartment capacity. Oversized cargo may incur additional costs, which we'll communicate for your approval before shipment.

13Prohibited & restricted items

Certain items cannot be shipped, or can ship only under conditions, based on IATA air-transport rules, U.S. export restrictions, and destination-country import rules. The authoritative list is on our Restricted Products page. You are responsible for checking it before purchasing; EasyShop may refuse, return, or dispose of prohibited items, and customs authorities may seize them.

14Limitation of liability & disclaimers

EasyShop's services and all related information, content, materials, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise stated in writing. To the extent permitted by law, EasyShop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and does not warrant that the services or communications are free of viruses or harmful components. You use the services at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

15Intellectual property

All content available through EasyShop's services — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, downloads, and data compilations — is the property of EasyShop or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. EasyShop's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in any way likely to cause confusion or to disparage EasyShop. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, EasyShop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes; this excludes any resale, derivative use, data mining, scraping, or reverse engineering.

16Account suspension & termination

EasyShop may refuse service, cancel an account, remove or edit content, refuse packages, or cancel orders at its discretion. If an account is suspected of fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activity, EasyShop may report it to the authorities and share information about accounts, users, and packages as it deems appropriate. You may cancel your account at any time by ceasing use of the services; you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, including for abandoned packages, due immediately on termination.

17Governing law & dispute resolution

If you cannot resolve an issue with us directly, please contact us by email. EasyShop's headquarters are in Miami, Florida, and the governing jurisdiction is Miami-Dade County, Florida.

18Changes to these terms

EasyShop may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
